Japan Office of Great Wall of China Marathon Set Up(June 23,2003)

After more than three-month talk with a Japanese company in Japan,the contract of setting up the Japan Office of the Great Wall of China Marathon was signed yesterday in Osaka Japan. The company is called SEEDING,which has history of more than 10 years.Its business mainly focuses on sports and cultural events and exchanges.Many famous Japanese celebrities are the backbone of the company.The Japanese famous marathon runner Mrs.Yamamoto Yoshiko is one of them. The special office and new telephones and fax have been early prepared since we came across the idea of setting up the Japan Office of the GWCM. At the signing ceremony,Mr. Shibayama Tanezo,the President of the SEEDING,expressed to Mr.Zhu Guihua,the NO.1 person of GWCM, to commonly make the Great Wall of China Marathon as famous as Hawaii Marathon finally.It is expected that more frequent talks will begin by the Japan Office of the GWCM with most travel services and running clubs in Japan for organizing the Japanese participants. New Conferences in Tokyo and Osaka will be hold some time in Mid July,2003. The Japanese Version of GWCM will be updated by the end of this month.
